In 2018 after a lively golf game Rachel shared her plan to move to Bozeman to be closer to her family and start a B & B and develop a Vodka distillery. We both knew that her dreams would someday come true. She was so excited when she found property for her new home next to a river because water was needed for the distillery. She asked me to help her develop a plan for the distillery and the two of us would be the "Quality Control Vodka Tasters" (many laughs)! Her excitement grew as she conducted research on the best ingredients for a premium vodka and she even chose a name for her vodka.
Rachel loved the challenge of renovating her home and starting a new business. She sounded energized and full of life with her family and many friends until November, 2021. I felt honored to be Rachel's friend, golfing buddy, sounding board and fellow vodka lover. Our world has lost a caring and fun-loving person who would go out of her way to offer help. Truly Rachel will be missed by many!!
